Tour Itinerary

  • Day-1:
    Overnight bus to Cappadocia

    Airport transfer Cappadocia: Transfer to Airport for your evening flight to Istanbul.

    Airport pick-up Istanbul: Upon arrival, meet & greet at the arrivals area. The representative will be holding a nameplate, private transfer to your hotel in Istanbul.

    Red and Rose Valley: Start the day with a leisurely 4km walk along the Red & Rose Valley, where Valleys have some of the most breathtaking and mysterious views in the region. The Valley is famous for the fabulous volcanic rock formations so that it is in the heart of Cappadocia, but away from the mainstream tourist sites.
    The relaxing walk will end in Cavusin Village where we will see a Rock Castle and Troglodyte dwellings people lived until the 20th Century.
    Lunch is served in a Local Restaurant.

    Underground City of Kaymakli: After lunch we will descend towards the center of the earth with a trip to the Underground City of Kaymakli, where Kaymakli is one of the largest and deepest Underground settlements in Cappadocia. The City is approximately 40m deep and contains all the rooms commonly found in Underground Cities, Stables, Cellars, Storage rooms, Refectories, Churches, and wineries. On the return we will visit Pigeon Valley where you will have spectacular views of Dovecotes, Old abandoned Cave Homes, and Old Greek houses.
    Lastly, we will stop in Ortshisar to see Ortshisar Castle, the biggest mass of fairy Chimneys in Cappadocia.
    Overnight in Cappadocia

  • Day-2:
    CAPPADOCIA - Red Tour

    Devrent Valley and Pasabag: Start the day visiting Dervrent Valley also known as Imagination Valley, this is one of the most surreal-looking landscapes in Cappadocia. The next stop will be Pasabagi also known as Monks Valley where Christian hermits chose to build Hermit Cells and Churches in these 3 headed Pinnacles symbolic of the Holy Trinity, it is possible to see all stages of the fairy chimneys at this spot.

    Avanos: Proceed to Avanos the Pottery Center of Cappadocia, the village is set on the banks of the Kizikirmak/Red River. The River gets its name from the Red clay deposits, here you can watch the potters at work using the traditional kick wheels, a technique that has remained unchanged for generations.
    Lunch is served in a local Restaurant.

    Göreme Open Air Museum: After lunch, we continue to the Goreme Open Air Museum, important Byzantine Cave churches are found in these once remote Valleys where Monks and Nuns pursued monastic life in the 3 rd Century. Here you will see the preserved Byzantine Cave wall paintings and Frescos from the Iconoclastic period through to the end of the Selcuk Rule. Icons with scenes from the Old and New Testament can be seen above portraits of Saints and Church Fathers depicting the Structure of the Byzantine Period. Panoramic View Point Esentepe with a spectacular view over Goreme Valley and Goreme Village. End your day with a view of Uchisar Castle, this tall Rock is the highest point of the Goreme region.
